About Shane

Shane Photo Shane Robinson is a newly minted IT professional, having just graduated from Western Governors University with his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Software Emphasis (BSITSF.)

Code became a beloved hobby for him at age five, when he discovered BASIC on a TI-99/4A (the PC was off limits!) Shane enjoys a challenge and sees himself as a pragmatic idealist- believing everything could be much better, but probably won't - unless he gets it done himself.

Current hobbies include researching topics as diverse as encryption and biodiversity, and voiding warranties on much more expensive toys.

Yes, "soon" is relative in the sense that I currently work over seventy hours a week, and this is a hobby. Complete site including mobile-friendly responsive design, HTML5, CSS3, and posting of much of my half-finished works and notes are all tasks on the project board. How much gets done, and how soon, depends entirely on my work schedule, however.
